Do you suffer from migraine ? a severe headache with nausea and vomiting? You have tried many medications, but none of them helps? You have tried to engage auto-training and yoga, but you don?t see any noticeable improvement?
But why do you actually think that medications and yoga can help you?
It is known that in many cases the reason of repeated headaches and migraines is the trigeminal nerve irritation caused by a spasm of the muscles around it (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Migraine_surgery). That is, your own muscles clamp your trigeminal nerve, which causes severe pain.
Now imagine that someone has firmly grabbed your hand. This hurts. What will you do? Will you drink a pill? Or will you hope that your yoga exercises help you? No! Intuitively, you will try to escape, won?t you? You will strongly shake your hand to release it from the grab! The same method can be used to get rid of the migraine attack!
The US surgeons (the above reference) operate the muscles responsible for the capture of the trigeminal nerve. That is, in our example, they simply cut off the hand of the one who grabbed you. This method is definitely efficient, but in the case of migraine this "hand" is your own muscle!
There is a simpler method of getting rid of the trigeminal nerve capture by your own muscles! It does not require medication and surgery.
