He discovered that the men were members of a militant group actively fighting in the protection of bulls. They sabotaged the Bull Run to discourage people from participating. Jiro was one of their victims.During Covey's stay in Spain, he fell in love with Marta, Jiro's ex-girlfriend. They had a wonderful romance and got married in the end.Tankard is what Jiro called his house in Connecticut when he was still a little boy. Every time a visitor would ask about it, he would say Tankard.
